Intermodal Network Update for Friday, November 7, 2025
Operational Performance
BNSF operating teams are sustaining improved service performance as we move through the first week of November. Car velocity has increased compared to the previous week and is steady with the average for the month of October. Average terminal dwell remains consistent with that of the previous week and month, and our local service compliance measure exceeds 90 percent.

Service Expectations for the Week Ahead
High wind warnings are in effect across Montana and Wyoming today, with gusts up to 65 mph expected to move east into the Dakotas overnight. BNSF is monitoring conditions and prepared to adjust operations as needed to maintain safe, reliable service.
Favorable operating conditions for this time of year are expected across the rest of the BNSF network this weekend through early next week.
