Holiday COT Auction Schedule for December 2025

BNSF will offer the below COT programs during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays. The regular auction schedule will resume the week of January 5, 2026.
 
BNSF Auction Offers during the Christmas and New Year’s Holiday Weeks 

DET Auctions

  • No DET auctions will be held during the weeks of December 22, 2025, and December 29, 2025.

Monthly and Yearlong Single COT Auctions

  • No Monthly or Yearlong Single Car COT auctions will be held during the weeks of December 22, 2025, and December 29, 2025.
  • Important Notice: No additional FP or MP January 2026 Single COTs will be offered after Thursday, December 18, 2025, due to holiday schedules and guaranteed car order deadlines.

Pulse COT Auctions

  • Christmas Holiday Week: Pulse COT auctions will be held Monday, December 22, 2025, and Tuesday, December 23, 2025.
  • New Year’s Holiday Week: Pulse COT auctions will be held Monday, December 29, 2025, and Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
